Born in Ukraine, raised in the Netherlands and now living in Spain.
I am an autodidact with a passion for abstract art, vibrant colors, organic shapes and movement.
After exhibiting my work at the Annual Dutch Art Fair in Amsterdam in 2016, life took me in other directions for a while. Now, ten years later, in 2026, I am ready to pick up where I left off, with fresh inspiration.
In my paintings, contrasting patterns, colors and forms find their way into a shared rhythm. Some elements move together, others pull in different directions — yet somehow, they belong to the same whole. Connection, flow and movement are at the heart of my work.
I love experimenting with color, texture and composition, allowing unexpected combinations to take shape. Sometimes I begin with a clear idea; other times, the painting takes me somewhere entirely different.
What I enjoy most is the creative process, with all its twists and turns: the first spark of inspiration, the excitement of seeing something come to life, the frustration when things don’t work, and the joy of that wonderful moment when I step back, look at the finished painting and think: “Yes, this is exactly what it was meant to become”.
Whether you’re interested in a particular artwork or simply want to say hello, I’d love to hear from you.
With love,
Irina
